My wife and I ate here today while traveling through Knoxville. I'll have to honestly say, this Jason's Deli did not live up to my expectations. The food was just not as good as others we have eaten at. The potato soup that I ordered with my sandwich tasted nothing like potatoe soup. It tasted more like a pot pie. I could not taste any potatoes at all.

I have eaten at this place several time. The salad bar is good and the area is clean. I would like to see a little more variety on it thought. I don't like the waiter sweeping, wiping or spraying while I eat. I understand they have to do it sometime. Don't get me wrong, the service is good, I like eating there and I am giving them 4 stars for service and quality of food.

Great food. No wait. I had soup and salad. The soup was excellent and the salad bar was excellent as well.

My company had an event catered. Pictured is Chicken club salad substitute with smoked salmon, Santa Fe chic sandwich, Beefeater and Ruben. My salmon salad was perfect and my co workers said their sandwiches were really good as well.

Wow! I was really impressed by this place! The quality of the food is top notch. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering that factor. And there is free ice cream with every meal! And the employees were all super friendly and patient. The dining area was clean and relaxing. I will definitely be back. There are so many things on the menu that I want to try!

Good lunch spot. Ordered the Reuben and Beefeater. Reuben needs more dressing and the kraut could use more kick. The Beefeater was perfect! 4* for pricing...I get making a profit but $50 for 2 people is a stretch!

Always tastes fresh and they have a big variety. They are open for dine in again with restrictions of course. An employee has to do the salad bar for you and you have to get a new cup every time you get water (seems wasteful but I guess it’s so your face germs don’t touch the machine). I tried the lobster soup and it was okay (I should have known better for $6 a bowl and after just having super fresh seafood at the beach last week it would pale in comparison). I wanted my old faithful favorite, the bow tie noodle pasta with zucchini and other vegetables but they have a limited menu due to COVID-19. My kids split a chicken Alfredo with me and they loved it. Afterwards we all got ice cream. It’s a good place to go and hang out and eat fresh food.
